I'm pretty stoked about Easter!
Emily will be decked out in a white and pick dress with flowers on it (SHE LOVES FLOWERS) and matching pink sweater. White tights, white/pinkish sandles and super super girly purse completes the outfit. She'll be sniffing the flowers on her dress all day.
Ethan will be in khaki pants, a blue plaid dressy looking shirt and AWESOME leather sandles. I'm also going to gel his hair lol!
The Easter Bunny came last night and left little nests around the living room full of colored eggs and candy. They loved it. And each had no problem prying the wrapper off the peanut butter cups and kisses. Chocolate for breakfast once a year is not a bad thing, right? (Note to self: Find grass that does not shed and fall apart next year)
Easter Bunny also brought a big basket with outdoor stuff in it. A basketball, soccor ball, football, frisbee, water guns, sunglasses and a little bit of candy. The kids love balls but all their balls are pretty much the light plastic kind that blow away in the wind when played with outside. Now they have the real thing. That Easter Bunny is pretty cool.
Later on today, we're going over to my Moms for a dinner. I am off to make deviled eggs and hope the kid's sugar rush wears off soon!
