I wish I'd thought to grab a picture of this massive cloud bank and went West to East just North of my house. Ethan and I sat outside watching it until lightning freaked me out enough to move indoors. It was pretty awesome though! It was pretty awesome until a huge blast of wind knocked the kids swing set over. Then....not so cool.
At any rate, I've always loved storms. I like to feel them coming in an the energy they bring with them. I like thunder so loud it shakes the house and rain so hard you can barely see anything outside your window. The kids liked it too!
The best part was the double rainbow after. They both loved that as well. I love showing the kids new things that they "ohhh" and "awww" over.
